Red

Traditionally made at the Belgian monasteries beginning in the Middle Ages. Deep reddish color, clear with a long-lasting tan head. Complex caramely, malt aroma with hints of dark fruit and spicy phenols in harmony. Rich, complex, sweet malt flavors with dried dark fruits like raisin and figs interplaying with alcohol. Balanced towards malt but with firm bitterness that lingers, finishing surprisingly dry. Pure in spirit and crafted with honest ingredients.
