Finishes very dry with a kiss of hops and lovely lace.

Gentle grainy backbone is balanced by solid bitterness, pronounced hop flavors and Belgian yeast characters. Finishes dry with a long, smooth hop bitterness and flavor.

Bleu

The base beer is a Saison made with all Maine grown malts and grains with lemon peel added to the boil. After fermentation we added fresh, wild Maine blueberries that we juiced. Its a pale blue color with a pink head. Mild blueberries and spice aroma. Starts with a spicy yeast character and classic farmhouse flavors with a touch of lemon tanginess and a kiss of naturally mild blueberry flavor. This is not a kettle soured beer nor does it have lactose added.

Oatmeal Stout

We use lots of flaked oats in this beer to give it a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. With a mild roast aroma, this very dark stout starts with an up front sweetness quickly fading to flavors from the roasted malt and develops into a chocolaty finish. Full bodied and silky, sure to please on a cold winters night.
