Traditional Belgian Beer
With A Modern Twist
The Signature Saison pours with a dense, pillowy white head. Pale yellow with a slight haze. Very aromatic with fruit and citrus dominating and with a slight pepper finish. Starts with a typical Saison yeast flavor, slightly spicy, quickly drying out to moderate hop bitterness and flavor of noble hops. Light bodied. Finishes very dry with a kiss of hops and lovely lace.
Our Belgian IPA pours with a dense white head and a light golden color. Gentle grain backbone. Lovely hop aroma from whole hops with floral and spicy notes coming from both the yeast and hops. Finishes dry with a long, smooth hop bitterness and flavor.
Our Single pours crystal clear with a bright light color and a massive white head. Beautiful hop bouquet from Noble-ish hops. Sweet grainy, soft malt flavor followed quickly by an assertive yet soft, spicy-floral hop flavor. Finishes crisp, dry and hoppy.
ESB (Extrava Special Bitter)
An English style beer that we have “Belgianized”. Orange in color with a tan head. The aroma is all about the whole leaf dry hops added during conditioning. Starts with a sweet, complex malt flavor and a firm bitterness. Then the hop flavor comes on strong from those lovely DH whole hops, lingering long into the finish.
Little Dark pours with a tan head and is deep copper in color. Has toffee and nutty aroma. Slightly sweet, complex malt flavor with dark caramel and dark fruit flavors and a toast like finish. Finishes with a slight molasses flavor.
