About Us

Extrava means “to come from exploration and examination” and communicates two of the key principles that will guide our decisions and actions as brewers and business owners.

Brewery Extrava will operate out of a 5000 sq. ft. site with a 1000 sq. ft. tasting room with outdoor seating and up to 12 beers on tap. We will craft both traditional and innovative variations of Belgian and other international beer styles, including mixed fermentation and barrel-aged beers. Production will be done on a custom-built, three-vessel, 10 bbl brewhouse along with a 1 bbl pilot system.
